Vivio needed to communicate with their B2B customers in a way that was as slick and effective as the communications technology they provide. This saw Trust delivering a new website, animation, and supporting printed marketing collateral to create a new brand feel for Vivio.
Our relationship with Vivio is the perfect example of when looking beyond the short-term can help realise the potential in the bigger picture. When we first met, Vivio were providing a masterclass in connectivity, syncing all of their clients’ mobile devices together in an effective business package. However they were falling a little short when communicating their own message. Initially, they only came to us for a website, but over time our partnership has blossomed to such a point we’ve worked together on a whole range of products, from video animations to awards entries.
It all comes down to effort. Instead of simply firing off a quick, that’ll-do-the-job website, we took the time to go in, meet the team, and do a full brand review. The results were more than illuminating. With Vivio team members referring to their company variously as a rollercoaster, an indian buffet and “Liam Neeson in Taken” (meaning they were possessed of a very particular set of skills), we realised the fun and the energy of the brand could take it places more run-of-the-mill businesses simply couldn’t follow.
However, first things first. Despite all the potential, there was still an immediate need for a website, one that communicated with the company’s B2B customers in as slick and as effective a way as their own technology. In response, we transformed Vivio’s old, distinctly unresponsive site into a new, seamlessly responsive one. We also created a quirky, yet informative, video animation to sit proudly at the top of the homepage, and supported the site launch with a suite of printed marketing collateral that created a new brand feel for Vivio.
In the following 3 years, our partnership with Vivio has gone from strength-to-strength, eventually leading to retained relationship. This retainer was kick-started with two specific aims in mind: firstly, the business-critical task of creating a dedicated client service portal, and secondly, the PR-critical task of showcasing Vivio’s focus on customer service through immaculately-designed, expertly-copywritten, and laser-targeted awards submissions. Submissions that would garner Vivio the attention they deserved.
It worked. Not only did the portal go live in May 2017, creating an essential business tool that enabled Vivio to tender for larger more lucrative contracts, our work and submissions have helped Vivio win multiple industry awards, including Best B2B Dealer 2016 and Best Customer Service 2017 in the Mobile News Awards. Being recognised for their amazing levels of customer service is a big deal for Vivio, and we’re very proud of the supporting collateral we’ve created to help them do so.
