Report + Support
Report + Support is a revolutionary digital platform that enables users to report harassment through a safe, secure and anonymous online platform.
Created initially for educational institutions, Report + Support asked Trust to help them fulfil their potential as they sought to help a wider range of organisations. To fast-forward that journey into new sectors, Report + Support needed a suite of engaging on-brand marketing materials.
With the dawn of the #MeToo movement and the following global conversations around harassment and the abuse of power, things were changing. To address this change, Report + Support needed an updated overarching brand and online presence.
Report + Support deals with incredibly sensitive issues, so the brand was never going to be flippant, but it couldn’t be serious or impersonal either. We developed a clean, colourful brand style that was complemented by simple illustrations, infographics and fonts.
Online we divided the Report + Support product offering into three clear sections: ‘Direct + Discreet’ for survivors, ‘Inform + Reform’ for employers, and ‘Safe + Sound’ for data security. The result was a clean, functional website that communicated key features quickly, effectively, and always with a clear call to action.
Exhibitions bring hundreds of potential customers together in one place. To ensure Report + Support stood out in this environment, we created engaging exhibition stands, pop badge, brochures and tote bags.
We commissioned a video production team to travel to London and document the events of the exhibition, as well as collecting ‘vox pops’ and interviews. By investing in video we were able to build a compelling story that showed exactly why organisations need Report + Support, while at the same time answering FAQs about the platform and collecting customer testimonials.
